Carrot cake(eggless)


This carrot cake is really yummy! and uses no eggs but instead i have used condensed milk which makes the cake really moist.

Ingredients

11/4 cup Plain flour
1 tin (400 mls) condensed milk
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp soda bicarb
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
  • First sift all the dry ingredients together. 
  • Mix the melted butter and condensed milk and beat well. 
  • Add the grated carrot and vanilla extract to the butter and condensed milk mixture and mix well. 
  • Now add all the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix gently. 
  • Take a cake tin and butter the inside of the tin and cover the base with greaseproof paper. 
  • Now add the cake mixture into the tin and bake it in the oven preheated to 180 C for 40 mins.
